Early season cultivars:
- ‘Chanticleer’ – low concentration of aromatic volatiles
- ‘Weymouth’ – high concentrations of aromatic volatiles
- ‘Hannah’s Choice’ – large fruit, firm, low level of titratable acidity, low concentration of aromatic volatiles, high overall eating quality
- ‘Duke’ – high concentrations of aromatic volatiles
Mid season cultivars:
- ‘Bluecrop’ – low concentration of aromatic volatiles
- ‘Coville’ – high overall eating quality
- ‘Berkeley’ – high concentrations of aromatic volatiles
- ‘Bluegold’ – large fruit, high level of soluble solids
Late season cultivars:
- ‘Elliott’ (highbush) – high level of titratable acidity, low concentration of aromatic volatiles
- ‘Lateblue’ (highbush) – high level of titratable acidity, low level of soluble solids, low concentration of aromatic volatiles
- ‘Coastal’ (rabbiteye) – small, not very firm, low level of titratable acidity
- ‘Montgomery’ (rabbiteye) small, low concentration of aromatic volatiles
